Coping Skills Coaching Session (60 minutes)

Perfect for trying out therapy and learning how to sit with another person while discussing your concerns. Your goal is to show up, talk about your concerns, and learn some basic coping strategies for management of stress in your body as well as problem solving and goal seting. My purpose is to be present, actively listen, to gently question your experience from a non-judgmental place, and to validate as appropriate. We use SMART goals to set up a plan and I teach you skills to practice. Perfect for managing distress, anger, sadness, anxiety, uncertainty and other emotions that seem to take over your mind at times.

Individual Psychotherapy (60-120 minute sessions)

Life throws many surprises at us, and while we cannot predict the outcome of any situation, we can take control of how we respond to certain situations. Individual therapy uses evidence based practice to treat adjustment concerns, depression, anxiety, grief/loss, trauma, and PTSD. This work is for the treatment of a diagnosis and is highly focused and rewarding. I use EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and psychodynamic approaches to support your growth and healing.
