Individual Psychotherapy (60-120 minute sessions)

Life throws many surprises at us, and while we cannot predict the outcome of any situation, we can take control of how we respond to certain situations. Individual therapy uses evidence based practice to treat adjustment concerns, depression, anxiety, grief/loss, trauma, and PTSD. This work is for the treatment of a diagnosis and is highly focused and rewarding. I use EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and psychodynamic approaches to support your growth and healing.

ADHD Coaching (30-60 minute sessions)

These sessions are focused on helping you understand ADHD, how to organize your time, and other behavioral and lifestyle factors that can give you an edge. *some sessions not covered by insurance*
