At Wellpointe, therapy is a collaborative experience between your psychologist and you. Our goal is to create a space where you are welcomed as you are and you can authentically show up for support, insight, and growth.

Our Approach
Therapy at Wellpointe is an immersive process. We focus on getting to know you, building relationship with you, identifying your strengths, and gently challenging you to acknowledge and change areas of your life that do not serve you.
Our approach is client centered and uses EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Somatic Therapy to manage trauma, PTSD, depression, grief, loss, and coping with major life transitions.
Services
We Offer Three Types of Therapy.
Individual Therapy
One on one sessions with a focus on symptom management and self discovery . Sessions are 55-60 minutes and held weekly. Sessions are virtual or held in-person.
Group Therapy
Currently offering interpersonal process groups and EMDR resourcing. Sessions are virtual and held in person. Sessions are 90 minutes.
Couples Therapy
90 minute couples sessions held in person only.
